No. Only certain packages offer nutrition coaching. For instance, groups of 3+ and pay-as-you go plans do not come with nutrition coaching.
In the future we may offer nutrition coaching for groups. But those details have not been finalized.
Please Note: At tFITn, we take a careful and gradual approach when working with clients who have or recently had an injury or illness. We consult with any healthcare providers if needed and create a plan that helps you safely regain strength and mobility, while ensuring you're comfortable throughout the process.

Not yet. But this is the plan for the future: “tFITn offers remote training options, especially for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have a busy schedule. This way, you can still receive personalized training and coaching from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be.”

At tFITn, we have experience working with clients who have a variety of limitations, whether from health conditions or physical limitations. We’ll assess your situation and adapt the exercises and program to ensure your safety and maximize results. If needed, we can also collaborate with your healthcare providers.

We track your progress at tFITn through regular assessments, workout logs, and/or open communication. We monitor your improvements in strength, mobility, endurance, and overall health. Together, we’ll adjust the plan to ensure you keep making progress.

The frequency of your workouts at tFITn depends on your goals and current fitness level. Typically, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, but we can adjust the schedule based on what works best for you.

Most sessions at tFITn can be done with minimal equipment. We can provide recommendations for basic items, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or mats, depending on your fitness goals. If you have any existing equipment, we can use that as well.
