  • Can: A personal trainer can create customized workout plans, teach proper exercise techniques, and provide motivation and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.

    Can’t: A personal trainer cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or offer medical treatments. They cannot provide physical therapy for injuries or conditions that require medical attention.

  • Can: A nutrition coach can help you create personalized meal plans, offer guidance on healthy eating, and support you in building sustainable habits to meet your health and wellness goals.

    Can’t: A nutrition coach cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatments. They cannot treat food allergies or chronic health conditions that require professional medical care.

    We do this by building confidence, providing support, and creating personalized, gym-free fitness and nutrition plans that fit seamlessly into their lifestyle.

  • At tFITn, we offer personalized in-home 1-on-1 personal training, small & large group sessions and nutrition coaching. We tailor fitness programs to your unique goals and needs, ensuring you get the best results possible.

  • Yes, tFITn offers group training programs designed for clients who enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of working out with others.

    These sessions allow participants to experience personalized training in a supportive group setting. Whether it’s for general fitness, weight loss, or improving mobility, our group programs provide a fun and encouraging atmosphere while still focusing on individual goals.

  • At tFITn, we take a holistic approach to fitness by considering your health history, lifestyle, fitness goals, and any challenges you may face. We then design a program that is safe, effective, and adaptable as you progress.

  • Nutrition Coaching is NOT included in any membership

  • At tFITn, we have experience working with clients who have a variety of limitations, whether from health conditions or physical limitations. We’ll assess your situation and adapt the exercises and program to ensure your safety and maximize results. If needed, we can also collaborate with your healthcare providers.

  • We track your progress at tFITn through regular assessments, workout logs, and/or open communication. We monitor your improvements in strength, mobility, endurance, and overall health. Together, we’ll adjust the plan to ensure you keep making progress.

  • The frequency of your workouts at tFITn depends on your goals and current fitness level. Typically, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, but we can adjust the schedule based on what works best for you.
