At tFITn, our mission is simple: to help YOU build strength, confidence, and healthy habits—no matter where you’re starting from. While we welcome everyone, we place a special focus on those over 40, offering personalized, MOBILE fitness and nutrition coaching that fits seamlessly into your life.

You can train with us at home, at work, outdoors, or even at a gym that allows external trainers. Our goal is to make health and wellness accessible and to empower you to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body.

Lorei Kwok, Founder of tFITn

She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, AED and CPR certified. A two-time cancer survivor and former caregiver for her mom, she brings compassion, expertise, and unwavering support to help clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. 

  • Fitness has been my passion since my teens. It has guided me through some of life’s toughest challenges:

    • Two-Time Cancer Survivor: I know firsthand how it feels to lose strength and confidence, and I understand the courage it takes to rebuild. My journey taught me that rebuilding, step by step, is incredibly empowering.

    • My Knees: Living with bone-on-bone pain and bone spurs has shown me the importance of staying active, even on challenging days. With tools like injections that help me manage discomfort, I’ve learned how to adapt and keep moving forward.

    • Caring for My Mom: From 2021 until her passing in May 2024, I cared for my mom through her health challenges. This deepened my understanding of resilience and the importance of personalized care for individuals navigating transitions in their health and life.

    These experiences inspired me to create tFITn—a place where people can find the guidance, support, and encouragement they need to thrive during life’s transitions.

  • Based in New Rochelle, tFITn serves nearby communities with flexible options for people of all fitness levels, including:

    • Those Recovering from Illness or Injury: If you’re feeling unsure after completing physical therapy, we’ll guide you in building strength and confidence as you take the next step.

    • People Over 40: Priorities shift as we age, and we’re here to help you focus on strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

    • Busy Professionals and Beginners: Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning after time away, or balancing a busy schedule, we provide the convenience of working out at home, outdoors, or in a location that suits you.
