Solo fitness classes give you personalized attention and a workout designed just for you. With a focus on your goals, pace, and progress, you’ll get expert coaching to maximize results. Train with confidence and stay on track!
Partner
(2 People)
Partner fitness classes bring teamwork to your workouts! Exercise with a friend or partner for added motivation, accountability, and fun. These sessions are designed to challenge you both while building strength and connection.
Small Group
(3-5 People)
Small group fitness classes provide some personalized attention with the energy of a group. You’ll enjoy tailored workouts, closer connections, and focused coaching to help you reach your goals. Perfect for those seeking both support and results!

Bring A Guest
Bring a guest and make fitness more fun! Your guest must be new to tFITn, and together, you’ll enjoy extra motivation, accountability, and energy. Share the experience and crush your goals as a team! Each session is only allowed one guest so long all requirements are met.

Our focus is on supporting you once physical therapy ends, but you still need guidance to maintain progress, rebuild strength, or continue moving with confidence. Whether you’re transitioning from rehab or simply prefer to avoid crowded gyms, we’re here to provide personalized, supportive training that meets you where you are.

Before bringing a guest, please ensure the following steps are completed:

Sign all required documents.
Submit your payment.
Turnaround time:
Must be completed at least 24 hours before the session.

Session Cancellation & Rescheduling:
24 hours notice is required (no exceptions)
Discontinue Coaching
14 days notice is required to avoid automatic payments (no exceptions)
