TFITN helps adults 40+ rebuild strength, improve mobility, and feel good again—especially after illness, injury, or time away from exercise.

With personalized training and nutrition coaching, we offer focused support without the distractions of a big gym.

BEGIN YOUR TRANSITION TO A HEALTHIER YOU TODAY.

  • Before We Speak

    1. Complete the Client Intake Form:

    • Navigate to the Client Intake Form section in the menu bar to complete it.

    2. Schedule a Call:

    • You may use the Calendar Tab in the menu bar to schedule a 15-minute call. During this time, we can review your Intake Form together or go over it step-by-step. Please be prepared, as only 15 minutes will be allotted for this call.

    Contact Information

    • Click the Contact link in the menu bar (top right) to find our email or phone number, or fill out the contact form directly.

    Response Time:

    tFITn will get back to you within 48 business hours. If you contact us on a weekend or if the 48-hour window includes a holiday, we will respond on the next business day.

  • Upon receipt of your Intake Form or Calendar request tFITn will call you to review your personal info, health, nutrition and dietary preferences. We will touch upon what will make for ideal personal training sessions.  And we will talk about you can expect with tFITn.

    As a potential client you are encouraged to review a few documents such as:

    • Client Service Agreement and its Acknowledgements

    • Pricing Sheet

    • Credit Card Authorization Form

    • And so forth

  • Do We Align: Decide if tFITn aligns with your fitness and nutrition goals.

    If you decide to move forward with tFITn then you will be ask to complete a few documents such as:

    • Client Service Agreement and its Acknowledgements

    • Credit Card Authorization Form

    • Membership Payment To Schedule Sessions.

  • Schedule: tFITn uses Google Calendar & you will receive a Google Calendar Link to pick a day & time.

    • For groups of 3+, group leaders coordinate. 

    Sessions are scheduled no more than one month in advance and don’t carry over. 

    Payment is always due in advance. 

    Before Your Session: Submit:

    • Valid ID

    • Completed documents

    • Package payment

    • Doctor’s note (if required)

    • Group Sessions (3+): Elect a group leader as the main contact.

  • Gear: Wear workout clothes and bring water.

    Groups 1-2: Fitness baseline assessment, light workout, & optional body measurements (no extra cost).

    Groups 3+: No individual assessments; focus on group guidance.

    Optional Measurements: Conducted before the session if time permits. Communicate with your trainer for personalized support.

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO TRAIN?

TFITN offers flexible training options—at home, your office, outdoors, or a location of your choice (just ask and we’ll see if it can be arranged).
